Overall I was very pleased with the service from the time I called to the truck being empty. The three men we had were very nice, polite, and eager to make sure everything was placed where I wanted/needed it. I felt that the men took good care in wrapping and handling the items moved. I did feel that one of the men that was NOT a leader was so experienced that he was the one that figured out the best way to get furnishings out of rooms, etc. I feel you may want to consider promoting him. He seemed to really know the best way to do things. I don't remember his name but if you'd like to contact me, I can describe him to you. Thank you for another successful move! Jonathan and Jesse and Tori work so hard and maintain a positive and helpful attitude all day long through some of my very long and challanging moving projects. They will do anything to help me. We really like using To Mem and a Truck. This was the third time and Terry was as always very professional and courteous as was his team Eugene and I think the other young man was Lance or Alex. I misheard it. Terry is a great mover and we requested him this time. Office staff was kind and helpful too! Very pleased!

The whole experience was excellent. The movers were very friendly and attentive to our needs and wants. Our move started with a move from a second floor apartment through elevators which took a lot of time, but they pushed through it in a timely manner. Then they had two separate stops to to unload, the first was the simple stop. The second stop was a little more complex. The house only has street parking with 28 steps just to reach the front door. If only I had a camera to catch the look on their faces! To top it off most the heavy furniture had to go up another 13 steps to the second floor. But these movers never complained, and got the job done. Thank you guys for doing an awesome job.
