Two Men and a Truck blew me out of the water with their amazing customer service! The movers had wonderful attitudes, and made our entire moving experience a breeze. Moving is one of the most stressful times in life, and they made this as absolutely stress free as possible - we were overly impressed! We will definitely use them again!

The two gentlemen who moved my belongings were both friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and had a positive attitude throughout the entire morning. I would definitely use this service again and have nothing but positive feedback for my moving team!

The only issue we had was with one of the office staff members (Stephanie). I felt like she didn't fully listen to what I was telling her when we spoke. For example, when I changed the date for pickup while I was on the phone with her but when I got the quote, the original date was showing. Also when I called to let you know more about the contents in the house for pickup, I don't think she fully listened because the movers were surprised with what was there.

She was very friendly on the phone but I would recommend that she try to listen to what the customer is saying. Everyone else I spoke to on the phone was great.

The setup of the appointment was effortless, the ability to schedule the move without having all pertinent information was helpful. The movers were available earlier than originally scheduled which made the move easier. They were courteous, careful and efficient. I can heartily recommend the Milford Two Men and a Truck service for your move.
