I was very pleased with my experience as a whole. However, the movers were a little careless with the hardwood floors. They were very apologetic and took necessary action to get it prepared in a timely matter.

Having the office do walk through would have been helpful to the team moving. I wasn't home when I scheduled so when the moving team arrived the number of items increased and left the moving team frustrated.

Absolutely amazing company to work with! First off, Stephanie was the representative I spoke with. She was so caring and pleasant to speak with that she really made me feel at ease with the whole process. She thoroughly explained the cost and how it worked. The one mover called me 1/2 hour before they arrived and made sure the time still worked for me. When the movers, James and Chad arrived, they introduced themselves and did a walk through with me. Then we went over paperwork and any questions I had. They began moving my things and they were lightning fast although very careful! We got to my new place and they moved everything in quickly and efficiently! They even put my beds together! I would highly recommend this company and those men.
