At the first call, Jennifer made me feel as though the concern was for my move to go smoothly. She made good suggestions, asked the right questions, and provided support. On moving day, Cody and Cole arrived on time, made certain they knew what needed to be moved, took great care of my possessions, and unloaded at the new property. All this in less than the estimated time.

They were all professional and looked out for us the customer. We used 2 men and a truck before in August 2011. If we ever move again we will defenently call them. And will recomend the service highly. Sincerely Lloyd and Carol Fuller.

I had an interrupted move because of delayed closing. They stored my things for three nights, and then delivered in a day of pouring rain (in December at 55 degrees)!..When the original team got held up in a move, the operations manager and a partner came and took care of everything!! Couldn't have worked out better. I would not use anyone else (not that I'm planning on moving again anytime soon). Many thanks!!

The movers were on time and very helpful. We had several pieces of large furniture to go into a small space and they arranged it very well. I can see what I have in the space. Men were kind and courteous. I would hire them again.

The movers did not arrive until just over 2 hours after the reserved "start" window expired, which affected our moving schedule and caused us to be moving until 10:30 p.m. I cannot blame them, as it appears the job before them took too long. However, this means that the office staff must not be estimating well, and they should really have spare helpers on hand for situations such as this...it is unacceptable to keep your customer waiting that long when services were booked weeks in advance. I might forgive it if it was the first negative experience, but we had a similar issue when using 2 Men and a Truck a couple of years ago. I fully described the contents to be moved and the number of stairs, etc. The movers took a couple of hours longer than estimated, which was not cheap...

Terry was exceptional with his customer service!! He lead the other two gentlemen very well & they were very hard workers, trying to keep my needs ($$$) within a specific time frame, so I didn't have any unnecessary cost! They were a good team & I was delighted with their services :)
