The majority of the experience was good. However, there were items damaged in the move, and I still have not heard from management. I sent photos of the damage last week. One item damaged was a table that belonged to my grandmother, so it has a lot of sentimental value.
Please follow-up.

The movers were extremely professional and polite men. We had a couple of problems moving a couple large items but with the help of the office staff everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We are still waiting for a damage resolution they caused to my floor but I’m confident it will be resolved.

Mikayla was awesome, she is the reason I chose two men over All my sons, even though they were cheaper.
The men were wonderful, kind and respectful. They cared about me and my stuff.
They made this often stressful part of life easier for me and for that I am eternally grateful.

It was an afternoon move. Movers came after completing another move in the morning and looked tired and slow. Night stand was broken during the move and I completed a damage report which they promised that will be fixed in two days. After a couple of phone calls and 10 days after moving, still waiting to hear back from them!

Moving team that showed up was great. Admin support was pretty uncoordinated though. Twice told them that they had to send a small truck because of access issues and they only need to move the stuff 3 miles to a storage unit. I also mentioned that they just moved half the stuff out of the house a week ago and that the previous crew could give them a heads up about what was involved. Instead, they sent the biggest truck in their fleet, which meant that they had significant problems getting onto property, damaged a tree, and had to back up a hill more than 100 yards to get out.

Icing on the cake was that yesterday 3 days after the move, someone showed up to scout the property and determine what size truck they should send!

I would like the movers to use the carpet shield at both houses to protect the new and old carpets. I didn't know i needed to request that until i saw the dirt on the old carpet after they left a room. We had the new carpets cleaned prior to furniture delivery so i was glad to realized it before the truck arrived at the new house. The movers didn't have any rolls on the truck, but the manager arrived to bring enough. Overall, I am satisfied and would use your company again.

I was once again very pleased with the entire Two Men and a Truck team. They called to tell me they were on their way and once they arrived (after giving an overview of what was to be moved), two of the team members started to work while I completed paperwork with the third team member. I found the entire team to be very efficient and courteous. My belongings arrived to the destination without any damage whatsoever. This is the third time I've used Two Men and a Truck and I have never been disappointed with the service I've received.

The mover broke our tv and contacted the manager, saying their manager will send someone to fix/replace the tv on the next day (I double checked with him three times before I paid). The TV was on the wall for about half a year and never had a problem but fell after the mover moved/rotated/pulled it from the wall. But after we paid all the money, two men and a truck denied what they had promised and denied it. 1. The mover caused the TV to fall. 2. The mover is not following the correct process as mentioned by the manager himself. 3. Two men and a truck denied what they had promised after I paid the money and passed the blame to the movers saying they should not say that. These should be sufficient for you to pay for what was damaged. I will continue to complain!!

Very smooth cost effective move. Hose to washer was damaged and delayed installation at new home. Other than that, very pleased.
