For $280 dollars an hour, I was a little frustrated that every 30 minutes, the guys took a 15 minute smoke break. My next door neighbor felt frustration for me, and began carrying light stuff out, to try and modivate them, they ignored her. At one point, they were in the truck for over 20 minutes prior to telling me they were going on lunch break. They really only worked 2/3s of the time billed.

I wish I remembered everybody's names, but the four movers that came out were the best ones we've ever had (we've moved around a lot for the military). They were polite, extremely professional, personable, and took really good care to leave minimal scratches and zero damage to our house and everything in it. 5-stars, 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, including ourselves next time we move.
