The crew arrived on time, did a survey and went right to work, perfectly loading the truck so that everything fit, all the men were friendly and efficient. They found my old debit card under the coffee table and promptly returned it to me. Gentlemen with integrity. They worked in unison and watched out for each other. The 3 young men were fast, careful, interacting . I really enjoyed having them move my items for me. You have a great team with them in your company. Please give them a raise , bonus, whatever it may be so that they know they are very appreciated, hard working young men!

Andrew, Malik, and Wilfred did a great job! They went above and beyond and Andrew did a great job of coaching the team.

Movers were inexperienced and slow. Your training cost me money. Last move company moved more items in half the time because they had experienced movers.

Nobody is a fan of the "between this hour and this hour" when they're expecting a move. We all just accept it and proceed to place ourselves to be ready at whatever time they arrive between the 4 hour window. At 3:15pm in our 1-4pm window, our moving team sent us word that they'd be with us in an hour-- which took us outside our time window. It seems like something could have been done before 3

Everyone was courteous and helpful from the original order to the day of the move. Thank you for your help with this process.

The team was very inexperienced, very accommodating but little experience. They got lost coming to my home in Avon Lake. Once they got here it took the 1/2 to set up. They moved the 27 boxes we had staged in the garage and at the front door with little problem. It took almost 1 hour to move a couch from the basement to the first floor and a second couch from the first floor to the truck.

Jasiel and the entire crew were very polite, considerate, on time and worked hard, fast and careful making our move a big success.
