Load did not go well as only two or the four man crew originally showed up. The two man crew was put in a bad position. Load took 6 hours due to crew shortage. Office staff corrected situation on unload and sent an additional 4 guys to assist and unload took only 90 minutes. Happy with outcome as they also took 10% off invoice. Happy with outcome and communication during the day. Would use again.

We apologize that the move did not start out at the expectations that we all had. We will always do what we can to correct the situation and make sure our customers are satisfied. This is part of moving all our customers forward.

The guys were great! They listened to what my concerns are. How I would like to have things done.
One thing tho that they didn’t have a good understanding of how to use straps.

When I called and scheduled the moving date the person gave excellent customer service. The gentleman that showed up the day of the move were very nice and courteous, they moved fast and efficiently. Only down thing I could say was that they broke one of my mothers vases, and when moving the furniture into the new house scraped a couple walls and a few door frames as well. All was reported

The 3 men who moved us were incredible. They were right on time and very courteous. Not only were they courteous to us but they all interacted with each other in a very professional way. They actually seemed like they were having fun. There was one chair that got ripped in transportation but the Company is taking care of it. I certainly hope that the men moving us are not held accountable.
