I move around quite a bit and knew my move sounded easy but it would have its challenges.
When only 2 men showed up after being quoted 3, I was anxious about how they were ever going to get the job done.
I must say that Damian and Seth were AMAZING! Not only were they able to handle some very difficult pieces of furniture, they handled everything as if it were their own.

Katie told me I was the first pickup of the day. Yay! With an AM safety meeting she gave me a window of 10:30 to 1:00. And that they’d be coming from the Midway Mall area.
Around noon I called ta couple times for an update. No reply. Keyshawn called at 1:00 and said they were on their way from Medina! Turns out they had to finish a job from the prior day before coming. A call advising me of that

Great experience! Fantastic moving team and they were very efficient. Only issue I had was that I was quoted for two movers and three arrived. I was told there was an extra guy because he was training, yet I was billed a different hourly amount due to the third person, which was not what was discussed beforehand. I felt this was a bit misleading.

Correspondence with setting up date/time was spot on. Representative was very courteous. Moving team was efficient, hard working, courteous, and careful with contents being moved. Followup call was well appreciated. The total experience was excellent !

Team was amazing and very quick on packing and unpacking for us. Moved even extra stuff for us and had plenty of workers to help us. Would definitely use again and recommend!

The moving team was great and very professional. They treated all of our stuff like there own and moved it with care. No damage and everything went great. The boys need better back protection though a few of them were lifting with their backs and not their legs. Luckily we had lifting and carrying straps for them to use with a few of the heavy things. I would recommend them to others.

Our movers were spectacular. They were quick and had no issues moving things out of or into the house. Several items had to be moved up and down the stairs. They were quick and efficient. Very professional and courteous.
