I felt this was very rushed and items were not placed in the places that we asked for them to be placed. I felt the guys came in just to get the job done as quickly as possible and did not take care with our stuff. I tried to organize how I wanted the move to go and was rushed so I have records that I need that were taken to our storage unit and some of the boxes were clearly marked to stay, now I have to try to dig them out. A leg on one of our exam table was broken in the move to one of our suites and the guy moving it was in such a hurry that when I suggested to get a different table he was irritated and suggested just sitting the table on the floor with no legs until he realized the leg could be replaced with a different leg from another table.

I spent several hours reviewing companies on line and soliciting some for a quote. When contacting Two Men andamp; Truck, I contacted the local locations for a quote. I was surprised when an out of town 2Mandamp;T contacted me indicating it was better to start from where the initial start on the move would be. The lady appeared very alert, detailed, specific, professional...etc. so I agreed to go with her 2Mandamp;T site.

During the 3 weeks before the move, I spoke with several 2Mandamp;T employees. They all were in-tune with my move and kept to the original game plan. Drivers arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and timing on everything was spot on to the initial quote. We held up our end of the contract and they were excellent in holding up their end of the contract.

Several coworkers helped a fellow coworker move at the last minute. They could provide us service for two days out, not only that but it was a horrible snow/ice storm the night before and they still showed and moved her so quickly and was so nice! Excellent service and people!!!!!!

The guys came in and explained everything again. Clearly they are striving to be professional. I was very impressed. They were pleasant and helpful. Once everything was wrapped, all was completed quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about moving.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. It was hassle free, the drivers called ahead on moving day and were prompt in arriving. They were professional and took excellent care of the contents of the move. I was moving my brother, who has cancer and wanted things to go smoothly to put him at ease. Honestly, James and Shawn made sure everything was taken care of and It was a smooth event. I will use Two Men and a truck again in the future

In the future for moves on snowy days, cancelling the appointment would be a good idea.
The move out location floors were not protected so the carpet was soaked, stairs wet, hardwood floors with standing water. Doors were left constantly open so the house was freezing.
At the new location I had to ask for runners to be placed on the carpet, they put down 2 and still tracked snow and salt pellets into the house so it was necessary to turn up the heat to dry the saturated carpet then vacuum multiple times. I was asked to return to the previous location to retrieve a bolt for the bed frame that had been misplaced by the mover. Doors constantly open so it was freezing inside.
Later that night I did find a brand new table with 3 scratches, salt residue on a coffee table and bed frame.

They were fast and worked hard to get it done asap. I thought they were nice to talk too.

We had (2) guys move us, and the younger one spilled hot chocolate on my carpet, and my dresser mirror at the place I was moving from. It was very frustrating, because it seem like he just wasn't paying any attention.

My team of Movers were courteous , respectful and easy to be around. I truly enjoyed them as they took great care with my property, answered all my questions and moved at a steady pace.
