I really liked Ray and Erick. They are hard workers who move quickly and are very customer focused.

My experience was horrible. Movers planned poorly and the 5-hr estimate turned into a 9-hr $1800 bill! I cannot find a lot of stuff but find scratches and other damage to wood furniture, broken floor lamps, missing globes and missing hardware. My storage unit is a mess; they left the doors off refrigerator and parked the mower in front, blocking access. There is a lot more that I do not have space for and I discover new damage every day. I spoke to Dan about the bill and the poor planning on Oct19. He promised to get back to me after he spoke with the movers. I still have not heard from him. I hired TwoMen in good faith after their estimate and representation that they would take care of me. They did not. This move was heartbreaking as a newly widowed senior. Looking into my legal rights.

Overall the experience was good. Just has some significant damage to the door jam and the wall the I had to repair prior to closing on our home.

They damaged a piece of furniture, tried to discourage me from filing a report, I never got a call from the office team regarding the damage, or any attempt to facilitate a repair.
I was told to leave contains in my furniture, but they flipped everything around making a mess in every drawer or container, when they could have lifted and carried most everything level and flat.

Wish movers had taken more care moving furniture to my basement rooms - scarred my walls

We were very disappointed with the damage found on two of our nicest pieces of furniture!!

This is Jim. They were prompt, and the move was quick - faster than the original estimate so saved me some money. While they did bang a wall, accidents do happen and that was NOT a problem - if I had done it all myself I am sure there would have been multiple accidents. I was very pleased with their work.

All three movers communicated interpersonally. I liked that. The lead went out of his way to safeguard lamp parts and return them after the team had left the premesis: just one example that they truly respected ad cared about my possessions. Two minor chips in ceramic pieces occurred but I easily repaired them. I will say that a couple of the boxes packed in the upper floor looked like some items within needed more protective wrapping. Careful handling of those cartons had to have played a part. I found it easy to trust this team and was not disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon 2 Men and a Truck again. Thank you for your professionalism. In the end, I felt like the cost was worthy of your efforts.

Move team did an excellent job. Minor damage to a door was reported to me immediately and report made immediately.

The movers were very nice.
You could tell they were getting tired by the end as they got careless and just wanted to be done. We learned our furniture had many broken pieces and a box labeled fragile was used as a step stool in the truck by one of the movers. We did not appreciate that.
Gabe showed up later to help and was amazing. He had a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful.

They also stopped at the gas station from our pick up to our drop off. Which added more time to our bill.
