A gun was stolen from our home, your movers were the only ones in the house besides us. I hope you can make this right. We will be sharing our experience in public reviews once the move is complete. We’ve used your company many times, I cannot believe your team stole a gun from us.

I was some what disappointed with this move as the unexpected and unresolved issue of truck 'OVER WEIGHT' came up and consequently much of my goods to be moved were left behind. As for me , I consider this as an incomplete move because I partially at my own additional expense have to rent a
'U'Haul truck and will have difficulty trying to load and unload this vehicle my self. I am 80+ years old.

Steven and D couldn’t have done a better job! They were very professional and friendly. They took great care preparing, loading and unloading everything. They did double duty since they had to pick up from two locations, and then drive six hours to our new home. Plus, l had a medical issue, and they delayed delivery the next day by two hours for us. These two young men are awesome!

movers called me to find out my address because it was not on the work order. When they got there they noted they were supposed to move furniture only. management was called. Was told needed to reschedule! they did move my boxes eventually. Guy dropped my crockpot & broke it. They also loaded my three step metal stepstool for my kitchen but it was not unloaded. Waited on call-didn’t recieve it.

We appreciate that the movers were willing to fit all of our house items into their truck despite their office management underrated how many items we had to move. While the movers transferred our couch into the living room, they ripped off the window curtain hook from the wall; causing damage to the dry wall. Extensive, and expensive repairs are needed to the wall now and we are very frustrated.

The five guys worked tirelessly to complete our move. Everything went well.

I knew to call Two Men and a Truck because my family members had used them previously and couldn’t have been more satisfied with their move. I had the same experience. Eric and John were professional, careful with my furniture, and very considerate. I will definitely call them again for my next move.

I'm very unhappy with the service provided. I called the evening of the service, Wednesday, and discussed the issues with the office staff. I was assured that I would be contacted the following day on Thursday. It's now Saturday evening and I've yet to hear from anyone.

The movers were extremely helpful when assisting me with moving my office. They were very polite and courteous and were able to finish in a timely manner. I always have great experiences with this customer and will be calling this company if I ever need help again!
