The three men and a truck were darling: clean, helpful, careful, polite, strong, very efficient - nice young men.

For this move, I came back to TMAAT because my first experience was awesome. After this move, I doubt I will be back or refer the service again. When I received my quote, it was over 50% higher than the exact same move performed 9 months ago. When I called to inquire, I was told that it was likely over, but as the workers finish early, I will pay less. I asked if in their extra time they could assist in unloading our POD. I was told that isn’t an issue, we just pay by the hour for their service. When the team arrived, they said the POD wasn’t on the order and could not help. They worked to pace the job to the work order, resulting in 3 men taking longer than the previous move and costing 50% more. When I spoke to the office, I was told a mgr would call in 48 hours. They never called.

Price was very exspensive. Rate must have gone up. Considering i did a lot myself to cut the time down and save money it wasnt worth it. Movers only used 2.5 hrs i got bill for 3 and still it was more than any other time i used your service. Wont use again because of price. No fault of the movers they were great.

Your moving team was excellent, but your price was too high.

I misplacdd the card I was given stating the names of my movers. But I was scheduled for 11am on 12/15. I had four movers. All were excellent. Made the moving day easy

The Two Men and a Truck process was exceptionally good from start to finish. The scheduling and coordination by their office staff was outstanding. On the day of the move the crew were on time and prepared to start the move immediately. The team worked hard and used care when loading our household goods in the truck. This was a door to door move and they quickly and safely arrived to the new residence. They quickly got to work by off loading the household goods and placed them in the exact room we needed them move to. In sum, the team members were professional throughout the move and were great to work with. I am provide my highest recommendation and would use them again without a doubt. I don't know how to say thank you to the great team that came and moved us. They were very friendly and polite and listened to us when we had a suggestions. You made our move so much better.

There were calls to make sure all online info was accurate & emails to give an estimate. The men coming to move my belongings called when on the way & arrived within the designated time frame. Everyone introduced themselves & were very personable throughout the time they were moving my posessions. The completed the move quickly and asked were everything should be placed. It was a really good experience. Much less stressful than anticipated.
