The actual cost was double the estimate and one of the movers the more mature one was slow. The younger one was appropriate. I have used too many times and this move I was not happy with the speed at all.

The movers provided me with unparalleled professionalism and service. I would use this service again just for the two movers.

The office staff was great, and scheduling was easy. However the movers scratched multiple pieces of furniture (dresser, headboard) as well as a doorway in our new house. While they offered to pay for the repairs, this process is nothing but an unnecessary hassle as there should have not been a need for repairs in the first place. Instead of going through that process, they offered to take a half hour off of the bill. I would rather have paid more and had the furniture delivered without any scratches or damage, as well as without the need for me to repair paint and gouges on our doorway.

One container I used was damaged in the move, but I've used you guys several times before and never had an issue. Over all, a great service and would recommend you to all my friends.

Donnie and Bryson were on time and moved everything carefully. They were patient with placing the furniture just where it needed to be. They provided great service in breaking down and re-assembling the bed.
