Had an appointment between 1 and 4. Did not show up till 5:45pm. Very late and never called to report late . I had to keep calling them

The two men who moved us were running very much behind schedule and I know they must have been exhausted when they arrived for our move. Their attitude was excellent and they powered through until 10:30 at night. You are lucky to have such valuable and hard working employees. Please thank them for us.

The movers were excellent. They were prompt and pleasant to work with. They were very efficient and did not waste time. They took good care of my belongings. Overall it was an excellent experience.

If I had known that they would tip the dressers upside down ahead of time. There were things I would have boxed up. You might want to warn people ahead of time not to leave loose items in the dressers
Also they left an almost empty box that was not ours. We know it wasn't ours because it had empty beer bottles in it. Otherwise, they did a very good job.

Customer service team, especially Samantha, was great. Movers were ok. Some guys that moved us from were not that quick and efficient and we were told they were from another shop. They also couldn't fit all our stuff on the 26' box truck so we had to create stuff in our vehicles and store some next door till our move. The 6 hour totalove quote was way off. It ended up being 9. Even though I requested a guy come out to evaluate our inventory to ensure it was accurate.

Skyler and Steve were great. On time, professional and polite. Also nice to my dog.

The process was simple, office staff was informative and polite and the moving crew were hard working, efficient, friendly, and did a great job. No issues at all with the move, and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

I never thought packing and moving could be fun! The guys that helped pack as well as the four movers were very efficient, pleasant, and most importantly, incredibly patient and kind to my curious 8 year old son and 12 year old daughter. They worked hard while fielding many questions and with young eyes watching. I will use a professional moving company such as Two Men and A Truck from now on.

This was our second time using Two Men and a Truck and they did as good as a job as the first time! Hopefully we don't need to move again for awhile but if we do, will definitely use again!
