Felt some of the moving crew was a little rough with our furniture. They showed up almost an hour late for the move after the time specified. A couple of furniture was damage during the move. The overall price was a little less than quoted. The movers all seemed to be friendly. The office was helpful in trying to get the repairs made to the furniture damaged in the move and have been contacted by the repair person. Waiting to see how they handle the repairs.

I had a move scheduled July 3. My "window" of time was 12-4. Around 3:30, I got the call that they would not make it until at least 4:30. At 4:30, I got the call that they would not finish their current job until 8:30 or 9 and were therefore cancelling my move. They had to move it to Thursday because of the holiday. My window, as I was told on the phone, was 8-9 AM. When 9:30 came, I called and the office informed me they meant 8-10 for my window. The movers called around 10:15 and showed up shortly after. I was given a discount from my price, but had to find somewhere to stay for two days while I waited.

I do not blame the two men moving me at all. They were helpful and professional and fast. The scheduling was unfortunate and makes me reluctant to work with or recommend the company.

Damaged pool table that was not part of move. Lost bolts for bed frame. Couple damaged boxes. Guy leading move was great, other were not.

The whole experience was good. From office staff to movers. We only had one glitch and that was we called in a different credit card to be charged for the services then one originally given and cost was put on the wrong card. So it caused a little hiccup on our end. But over all everything was good. Thanks for your hard work and quick time you did it in. Thank you!

Sorry too half of survey would not work but those two fellows moved me in extreme temperatures it was 115 with heat index and they just grinded away I will use again and have recommended you all to two other people which have appts now with you as we speak keep up the good job and thanks again for your hard work

The scheduling portion of my move was a nightmare. They called 3 times to change it, then once again the day of the move.
The movers themselves were very nice and professional. They did a good job at protecting my valuables.
However....even with telling the office what i wanted moved, and my mother in law telling the movers everything needed moved, they failed to move everything. I was very disappointed when i checked on my old house and saw everything that remained. I had to end up getting a uhaul to move it.
Mostly disappointed in a couple items that i 100% knew was on the quote to pack up and move.
