I expected a professional move by trained, motivated personnel. I was disappointed. They arrived on time and reviewed the items to be moved. Two men started bed disassembly having trouble with every unit, finally beating the beds apart with a hammer. Safe lifting techniques were absent. I asked about training and was told everything was "on-the-job". The two helpers did not follow team leader instructions. In one instance one of the men lifted a dryer by himself, walking down the truck ramp, he slipped coming close to falling off the ramp. Organization, planning, and efficiency were absent. At 8:00 PM, (11 hrs after start) the team lead said 1 1/2 hrs more. I said "No, this had to end". Beds were not reassembled and glass shelves were not installed in cabinets. I finished it.

The two young men were well mannered, courteous, hard working and a total pleasure to be around. They both present a very positive image for the company. Their overall attitude was very positive and it was evident they have their lives under control. What a true pleasure to see and experience in today’s crazy, negative attitude world.

It was truly pouring the rain the while time they were getting our things in the house. Those guys were troopers! Even soaking wet they had great attitudes and were quick working.
