What can I say but wow! I was hesitant at first because I was moving several large fragile items like a 100 year old framed tapestry and a grandfather clock. But they made sure everything was padded and secured. Only one small basket got dinged out of everything we moved and they made sure to own up to it immediately and apologize. (Pretty sure that was the basket that my husband dropped and chipped a year ago, anyway.) We are extremely pleased with the service and care Skylar and Justin provided. We will definitely use two men and a truck if we ever move again! Thank you!!

Our movers, Brandin, Kaleb, and Sherman made the moving experience quite enjoyable. They all got along, extremely polite, very efficient with time management,and just fun to interact with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody that is in need of this service!!

We have moved 3 times now since we graduated college, and this was the best move ever! Nate, Cody, Christian, Matt & Jose were the best ever. They knew what they were doing, went right to it, they handled everything with care like it was their own "stuff" (lol), they were very professional, and knew that this was a stressful thing to do (for us) - but took care of that feeling by their actions and kind words to us. Thanks for the Great Job!

First off, I was glad that the in-house moving service was even available. The movers were kind and polite. When they had difficulty getting a large desk out of a room, they persisted and got the job done, even when I was ready to give up. My only negative comment would be that they didn't handle some of the softer things like cushions and mattresses very well. Regarding the office, I don't believe I understood that for an in-house move the time coming and going would be added to the charge. I understand that would necessary for an actual move but not an in-house service.
But overall, I was pleased both times I hired the services of your company.

I had a challenging move BUT the movers did not scout the location beforehand. I got lucky because the actual move time didn't exceed the quote but I felt that both the movers and I were overly stressed. I had to empty and pack clothes from drawers. The movers put my washer/dryer in front of existing unit. I had to move them after they left. Wardrobe boxes were not brought as requested. I CRIED and I'm as stoic as they come. Next time I'll hire someone else. And after all that I tipped $100 which was barely acknowledged. We need quality movers. Please do better!

Our moving team was very kind, courteous, and caring. All three of the movers were very friendly and accommodating of any and all of our needs.
They worked in an expedient, careful manner and we were surprised at how quickly they completed the move. I personally hope that those 3 gentlemen are rewarded for their superior workmanship as representatives of your company.

Both Tyler and Matt were courteous and pleasant! They were very careful handling my furniture, taking time to wrap the fragile pieces but not wasting time. I was very pleased and would certainly recommend your company and especially these 2 young men! Thank you for the good service you provide.

I initially considered this to be a good experience overall. That was until I realized that after I had been deployed for 6 months, returned, and started to unpack, that I was missing an item. I also noticed that my 2 yr old dryer had been scratched. With a company advertising and promoting the care of your belongings, I expected much more. I also did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the movers. One of the employees, a kid around 20, made mention of him being “hung over” and how he could not wait to be done so he can go home and drink. And this is who I am entrusting with my belongings.
