I moved in the middle of a ice storm. The movers were late but busted a move as soon as they arrived. They were so nice and professional. When we moved into my new home I had no electricity from the storm. They were great it did not faze them at all. They were just the best and would use them over and over again!

Joe, the mgr, promised me he would have atleast 6 men at the move and only 4 showed up. they were slow and the office was not very helpful, knowing this was an emergency situation

I have not giving as high rate as I would have because we have an unresolved issue with a damage claim. It has been 14 days so I am am not happy with the lack of responsiveness in resolving the problem. Once this issue is resolved successfully I will upgrade my rating.

Although there was bad weather in the area on 11/15/18, Sarah and the staff communicated clearly and provided an update on the new time. Conditions at times were dicey, however both associates of Two Men and A Truck were careful with the property being moved and their own safety. Went over and above to stay around to assist in putting a bed together and even shared comments with Spectrum struggled to get a TV to function. Attitude was terrific along with good feedback and personality to make the move go smoothly. Well done to the entire team.
