Furniture is damaged, wood floor was scratched up, actual cost was much higher than estimate

The guys were professional and nice and kind. The only issue that we had was that they were late and we couldn't get a call back.
I understand the phones were down, but I bet every person has a cell phone !

The guys were very positive and cooperative. They had a lot to move but at times were a little slow and we even had 4 teenage boys helping them for the first two hours. It was a 7 hour day by the time they were done which we did not anticipate to be that long. We had one table that was noticeably scratched on the top, which they did not mention. When I asked to be very careful with specific items they were but I felt like they should have taken that care with each furniture piece I had. Overall, they were good!

The movers were friendly, courteous, fast and hard-working.

Had an appointment between 1 and 4. Did not show up till 5:45pm. Very late and never called to report late . I had to keep calling them

The two men who moved us were running very much behind schedule and I know they must have been exhausted when they arrived for our move. Their attitude was excellent and they powered through until 10:30 at night. You are lucky to have such valuable and hard working employees. Please thank them for us.

The movers were excellent. They were prompt and pleasant to work with. They were very efficient and did not waste time. They took good care of my belongings. Overall it was an excellent experience.

If I had known that they would tip the dressers upside down ahead of time. There were things I would have boxed up. You might want to warn people ahead of time not to leave loose items in the dressers
Also they left an almost empty box that was not ours. We know it wasn't ours because it had empty beer bottles in it. Otherwise, they did a very good job.
