Bed not set up correctly. Had to buy new frame--99$. Broke and fixed dresser, ok, but I have to pay in time used for that fix? I am about ready to call a lawyer.

HORRIBLE experience. The movers were slow, it was clear that they were doing it to go over the time to charge more, I have pictures of them sitting on the truck playing! My husband and I (5 months pregnant)had to start moving stuff ourselves to make sure we could move things along. After carefully explaining where the furniture was to be taken in to they did whatever they wanted and then when I pointed out that things were incorrectly done they said it would take a while to fix and they would need to charge extra. They damages one of my walls after they incorrectly placed the bed and one of the movers left prior to finishing the job! The worst part is that I called the office to talk to someone and they told me Hanna or Ben would call me, this was on Tuesday, it is Friday and no call.

Several issues:
Time estimate for job was WAY off from what it actually tool. Took 3 - 4 hours longer than estimate and we even had an extra crew for part of the unload.
Several items had minor damage due to crew not planning the well when removing it from house. Washer is no longer working and is being evaluated for damage.
Near the end of the unload the crew (primarily some guy named "Jets") tried to get out of moving the washer and dryer into the basement. They claimed it was too wide without measuring it properly.
Overall, I was quite disappointed in the move. Took too long and was poorly planned.

Cheerful workers. Arrived promptly and hustled at load up point. Helpful office staff at pickup point of boxes and paper. Mover went to wrong location for delivery of load , lost time there. Left truck running while they loaded goods. Do I pay for that gas? I gave them a better route for the added drop off points for extra stops ?? I would expect someone in the office would have their route planned out for efficiency. We had 3 dishes break. Two of them were in a box marked very fragile China. I felt like they were a bit careless. One table top got a significant scratch.

Our movers were very polite, excellent workers, and quick paced. Unfortunately in our yard there was a wire down and when they pulled in the truck totally cleared the wire. However when they backed up the wire came down & pulled a piece of siding came down as well. The men were quickly at it. The guarentee'd it would be fixed, then were looking at it themselves. Without this mishap this was a excellent move choice. The men did excellent jobs!

The guys scratched the top of my hutch and I mentioned it to the guy who called. They had someone out in less than a week who fixed it! I didn;t even have to ask. Very ethical company

ladies in office that scheduled our move were excellent. However, we had a piece of furniture that was damaged, a damage report was written up and we were told that someone would contact us in 24 - 48 hours(Ben) to take care of situation. Our move was on Tuesday 4/9. Had not been contacted by Friday 4/12 so I called office. Was told that the person(Ben) that handles damage reports works at Beavercreek office and would transfer my call, came back on line and said that they would give him message to call me. Called back on Monday 4/15 and was told that Ben was in a meeting but would give him message and have him call me. It is now 6:50 pm on Tuesday 4/16 and still no call from Ben. DOES BEN REALLY WORK FOR 2 MEN AND A TRUCK?

My homes flooring was left damaged with multiple scraps and gouges. I specifically asked during the walkthrough with the lead if they would pad the floor to prevent this and was told yes, they would. I was encouraged to buy insurance just in case, which I did and afterwards the lead told me “this is why I tell people to buy insurance.” But it’s still coming out of my paycheck. At the end the crew more than once tried to encourage me to leave a tip. I now have a flooring mess to repair and you want a tip!!!
I was honest & upfront about the exercise equipment I needed moved when I placed my order. I agreed to pay by your hourly rate and not once said “hurry up”. I paid the bill including the “so called insurance “ not that it is doing me any good. Who is going to pay me while I’m off ?

Movers did not want to take all items as was asked.
Scratched and broke many items
Put identifiable boxes in wrong location even after being told over and over again.
