In home estimate missed multiple items and did not return call made to correct. Still awaiting office concerning damages. No one ever called.

I had a move with an excellent team of Jessie and Zach, asked for them again, but got Dakota and Gage;they were a disastrous, swore profanities,couldn't figure out how to get certain items out of the condo, took longer than expected or quoted for the amount of furniture to be moved. then on top of everything ruined 3 pieces of furniture a 60 inch round dining table, screwed the legs back in, through the top,cracked the based of a butcher block 36" table, because they sent it over a balcony,after trying to "shove" it and push it though openings,and tore the arm on an upholstered sofa, that they did Not wrap and nicked up chair legs that they removed from chairs and I watched them throw them into their truck. I'd requested a team I had had a few weeks back, they were great! got a bad team

The movers were clearly inexperienced and not prepared for a move of my size. They damaged items such as furniture, and picture frames. The damages were minor, but still not acceptable. I believe that an older, more experienced mover together with two younger movers would have provided a better outcome. Moving requires a level of skill and experience to avoid damage to property and dissatisfaction. This crew lacked the requisite level of experience to offer the best job possible.

Packing of delicate breakable items was not completed in an acceptable manner. In fact several small breakable items had heavier items placed on top of them and were broken when we removed them from packing. Plates were not individually wrapped and were chipped, etc. Operations manager was contacted and has yet to return phone call to discuss how they are going to replace/compensate us

Sent this email to Matt on TUES, 8/20 & called on FRI, 8/23 - no response.
Our move went smoothly, except for a few items:
(2) of my glassware items, with FRAGILE written on the box, were broken
There are scuff marks on the stairwell leading upstairs, and the master headboard went into the wall leaving black marks and one indent.
Finally, we were charged 30 mins before arriving to my house (“when left the shop”) and for 30 mins after leaving (“to go back to the shop”). However, the gentlemen told us their next job was right by our house. If the next job was by our house, why were we charged drive time back to the shop? We already had to pay for more house than anticipated. Brandon told me he took 30 mins off for lunch, but they took two small breaks at our old house, too.
Please advise.

The team did very well. However, we did have one of our SMART TV's damaged during the move. I have submitted the photos and model number of TV for reimbursement.

I was happy with the entire experience with only one exception. A computer was a part of the move, and the mover's handled it care by placing it in the cab of the truck versus the bed. However, the items was missed upon delivery. It took us a few days to go through all items and we then discovered the computer was missing. I had to call the office, and they then confirmed the item was there. We asked if they would deliver it, but we were told they could not get to it for over a week. I found this to be a poor customer experience. Why did I have to call versus get the call from you indicating the missing item? Why did one of the office staff not offer to bring the missing item themselves. This made me feel like a secondary customer, like I no longer mattered.

I was disappointed that they could not get all my pieces in that big truck I had to rent a pick up truck the next day to move five pieces and I still have a couple over there that I can’t fit in my car.

The movers were just fine... We do have a tv broken and they forgot two lamp shades.. But my real problem is I have called 3 to 5 times to get the lamp shades and talk about the tv with no response.. That part upsets me alot. Its been over a week and a half and stil nobody ha called me back.

Awful. Broken items, missing items, a complete lack of response from the franchise manager. I can easily say that it was my worst moving experience ever. Not only can I not recommend it I will actively advise to avoid this company at all costs. Credit where credit is due, two highly fragile items were moved without incident. But moving my dresser with the drawers in it was ill advised and resulted in breakage. Worst of all has been the near total lack of response from Ben White, the manager. I’ve called repeatedly and have received a sum total of one email where he didn’t even acknowledge what I’d already told him on voicemail.
