Very professional and careful with furniture. Came back to tighten bed frame when I called the next day. Did not get frustrated or rude when there were unforeseen changes. The team was great!

The details that I was told through email did not match up with what the two men said they would do. There seems to be a disconnect between the services which were confirmed and what the workers were willing to do.

The actual cost of the move was twice the estimate. They didn’t have additional items, they even refused to take the lamps that were part of the estimate. The movers were very slow. They dropped two end tables off the cart.

The guys who moved me did a great job. Very polite. My dining table got a little banged up and some glass in my china cabinet was broken, but nothing I have was in pristine condition to begin with anyway. I wish they had assembled the table they took apart, but didn't notice it until they were gone. A really nice and professional crew - I would hire them again any time.

I have a brand new Dyson v7 cordless sweeper and a good weight set that came up missing during the move. Trying to resolve with the office team

It was a bit inconvenient they didn't show up within the time window. I did discover a box of broken coffee cups that were packed very well.

2 guys (a man, Limar, & a boy, John) came to our home in B'creek to pick up furniture. The 2 disassembled & wrapped some pieces in blankets & in shrink wrap. Items were secured in truck for drive. Upon arrival, Limar scratched the mirror frame wood on 2 sides by leaning it on the side of truck. John carried jewel box of dresser carelessly & dumped 1 drawer on concrete, denting & scratching corner. I told John "you" (meaning plural you) scratched my mirror frame. John began a long argument with me. I told him to stop arguing with me. He told me I was rude. I merely pointed out they damaged my stuff, which is my right as the owner. Limar was visibly annoyed that John would not be quiet. Limar filled out a damage report. We have no payment for damages incurred. No company follow up. Pathetic.

My three month old $2000 king size mattress was not covered nor my old queen mattress. There are bugs in the storage unit and the bed is filthy now. Boxes fell on my head when I opened the unit garage door. My 55 inch tv had these boxes on them. Not sure if it works. One of my dining room chairs had so much stacked on it, the chair ripped. The $80 helmet holder I got for my son is broken. Dishes are broken. I'm moving to Corpus Christi, TX with little usable furniture. It's going to cost me at least $4000 to replace everything. I cant wait to get to Corpus to see if my brand new washer/dryer work. That was the only thing wrapped up nicely. My husband recently passed away and I used a little bit of his insurance $$ to pay for these now useless things. I'll be posting reviews everywhere.

The three young men showed up on time and got to work. They were polite and respectful. They worked as a team and worked hard. The only problem with had was there were some scratches on the wood flooring where our dressers were. The flooring was new when we moved in our apartment on 7/1/19. I have contacted my former landlord and Two Men and a Truck regarding this. Otherwise, we were happy with the service.

The movers were very friendly and took great care to protect fragile items and antiques.

There was damage to my sofa, but the teen was great about filing the paperwork.
