Broke a key off in the lock a curio cabinet and pretended they didn’t notice. Dented and scratched the washer. Tore the mattress. Broke one of the main support bolts taking apart the bed frame and didn’t tell us (the bolt is snapped in two with half still stuck in the frame). Asked them to be extra careful with two large framed images. One came out with a large tear in the black wood frame.

Robert and Tyler both were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was feeling overwhelmed by the process of trying to downsize for my move. I was hoping that they would not walk in, see my stuff and walk right back out lol.
However, that wasn’t the case; instead, I was reassured that my stuff was not a problem. And that they were there to make my day easier…that’s exactly what they did.

The three movers you sent were great, very personable, always asking if they could help further. They did an amazing job and if I need to move again, I would use Two Men & A Truck.
