Never used the company before and would always recruit people and rent a truck to save money. The money we paid for the service provided was worth every single penny and then a nice tip for the three gentleman who helped!

They dissembled our desk didn’t reassemble it and left it in the garage. They didn’t correctly reassemble our bed and parts of the bed are now breaking.

If you can be a little more transparent about the cost and improve the effectiveness of communication in between your team members and train your movers to answers customers’ questions pertaining any moving-incurred charge, that would be great.
