Just wanted to thank Greg in the main office for always being there when I called to get an estimate, and always updating. I want to thank the moving team Maurice and his team that did a wonderful job, very polite very gentle with items and always asked can I help with anything. Overall we were pleased. The only issue I have is when you quote one price to me over the phone and then add over $500 to the originally quoted price.
I think you could have been honest about how much money I'd have to pay.
That being said, both the packers and the movers did an outstanding job. They were punctual, professional and thorough.

Overall the moving team was great. However, they didn’t necessarily care about dinging up the walls. There are multiple spots that need repaired and touched up. They couldn’t fit everything on the truck so I had to rent another truck and finish it myself. And the disposal was an afterthought, which I had to do on my own as well.
