The reason the movers did not receive excellent is the minor damage that was caused. There were some areas on the walls and doors that I needed to fix and some minor damage to our dressers that can not be fixed. All in all I would use this company again for the availability and flexibility of the schedule and the fair prices offered.

Handled every problem with excellent experience and initiative (i.e. bringing in a large/heavy sofa bed thru the window of the room it was to go in which was 1/2 story up from the ground level. There was no other way-----WELL DONE!!!!).

price was a little more than quotes from other movers, but overall I'm happy with the service.

The whole thing beginning to end was awesome. Talked to James , he told me what to expect gave me the info ( my kids were calling and checking the price on other companies there was always 2 or 3 calls back and forth. One call is all it took for Two Men and a Truck. The movers showed up on time. The movers were excellent guys! They went from room to room asking questions and making sure they knew what to take. They offered suggestions and took great care getting my belongings to my new place and once there they set up my furniture in the places we decided it should go (yes I asked their opinion!) Set my beds up! This means a lot since I am alone, I have no idea how to set up a bed frame, etc. I felt like they were taking care of me like they would their own family!

Common sense goes a long wayI had ordered 4 (four) wardrobes, and when the office person called, she said well we'll send 6 (six) just to be sure. I said OK. When the movers picked up my things, they filled 1- 1/2 and left all my clothes that I was currently wearing in the master bedroom closet. I now have to go back to Mentor and bring the major portion of my clothes down in the car. My error was in assuming that both my friend at that end AND your movers would know that a wardrobe of all clothes currently being worn would go with the move. At the least, you would think they would have questioned why 4 to 6 wardrobes were ordered and only 2 were being used!!!!!!!
