I was worried about the move because it was large and complex, moving to both a storage facility and a home. Much packing/repacking was needed. The furniture to be moved included some heavy family heirlooms. The mover were impeccably professional, unfailingly courteous, careful, considerate and hard working. The treated my possessions as if those things were the prized possessions of their favorite aunt! The crew chief handled the many complexities of the move with efficiency and intelligent planning/truck loading. What a fantastic job! andquot;5 stars times 10 !!!andquot; This was the best move ever, by the best moving team I have ever met. We are extremely happy we chose these folks to solve our moving problem.

I am not happy with the fact that they did not bring a big enough truck, they recommended that i bring on a 4th person, and it still took a U-Haul the next day to get the rest of my stuff. Estimator of my stuff was horrible.
The least they could have done was take the stuff they couldnandacirc;??t fit or couldnandacirc;??t take because of open top boxes, and put it on the first floor. They had a long day and were nice guys to work with but the estimator screwed me over really bad on this move

The truck was on time. The two men, Robert and Eric, were excellent! They were the best two movers I have delt with from your company. They moved fast and efficient. They were careful and conscious of how long things took. They packed the storage as professionals. I would use them again and again.

The movers did a great job, given the inconvenient nature of the move. We were living on the 6th floor of an apartment building, and we were not able to reserve the elevator, so it was not ideal circumstances, but they were courteous and patient throughout the whole process.

They were movers....and shakers! They hustled, yet very cautious with our things. Extremely professional, courteous, even pleasantly friendly. They were exacting about where to place things in the new house and wanted to please us. Hard-working to the end. They went above and beyond when we requested heavy furniture to be moved from upstairs to garage for donation, so it was really not a part of the move itself. They were happy to do it. The whole experience could have been stressful and chaotic, but instead it was an amazing and fun day. The whole experience was exceptional!
