I am very pleased with my experience. A dresser mirror was not delivered, so I left a message that night and got a call first thing next morning from them. Mirror was brought out within an hour. Orlando and Marcus were great.

Matt, Steven, and Joseph were a great crew. They asked if they could show up early, and then proceeded to work quickly and efficiently and shaved another hour off of the estimated time. Everything was handled professionally and with care.

Our moving team was OUTSTANDING. Not a single broken or scratched item (and I am not great at wrapping glass and packing). They even took some of the smaller items I didn't have time to pack on a closet shelf, going above and beyond what I expected. They were extremely polite and worked quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend, and kudos to a top notch team.

Moving team was actually a little earlier that stated, (not a bad thing). All personnel were clean and courteous. Identified what needed to be moved and went about their job. Care was taken to strap and cover needed items. Same care was used when they arrived at their destination.

Overall, Two Men and a Truck made the moving experience a little less stressful. The moving team handled my property with great care, and the guys were personable and explained what they were going to do. Overall, it was a smooth move. I will recommend Two Men And a Truck to family and friends.

I work 2 businesses down the street from your Brookpark Rd. location in Cleveland. Representative Jim in your office was great in giving me a face to face quote and getting me scheduled on my desired moving date. Then when I moved from Akron to Parma on 22 June 18 (with an additional stop for furniture from a friend's home), the team who handled my move did a stellar job. Their names are Nate, Cory and Terrence. Please make sure all 4 of these guys know I feel they each did fantastic job

Overall the experience was okay. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The movers did okay. They were able to get our sectional into the basement which was a big help but move ended up being on the high side of the price range I was given and quite of bit of our furniture was damaged in at least some way.
