One complained most of the day about missing his sons bday party because my move was going to take longer than he thought. Many times I caught them goofing around and just talking in the truck. 4 times the dropped boxes off the dolly. They smashed most of my wardrobe boxes I bought and they are now broke and I need to live out of them for the next six months. They blamed it on cheap boxes from home depot. Its was their packing job. I'm moving again in 6 months, which I told them if they did a good job I would use them again. After this I would absolutely NOT. The 2 other guys that didnt have a bday party, where absolutely courteous, very nice and helpful.

You are the BEST!!!!!! Your office staff was so helpful and confirmed all the details of our move in advance. Your movers were beyond exceptional. I was so comfortable with the movers and really appreciated the way they handled my things, like they were their own.

The movers were very polite and courteous. They handled everything with care and took care of all the small requests I made. The overall experience was great and I would use them again.

The two guys that did the job were amazing. It was HOT outside, yet these guys worked their tails off! They completed the move extremely efficiently!

Overall, a satisfying moving experience. Would definitely use you again.

These two men were extremely good. It was a very hot day, they loaded things quickly, and drove the hour and fifteen minutes from the point of departure to arrival in the appropriate amount of time. They unloaded quickly as well. We were so impressed with their attitudes and work ethic, they never stopped and kept "a bounce in their step" in spite of the fact that at their destination they had three flights of steps. This is amazing! They were careful with everything they moved. We absolutely would recommend them to everyone, they were amazing. Thanks guys for a job extremely well done.!!!

For a simple in-suite move, estimator was off more then 100%. I was very clear on what was being moved where including a piano. Negotiated a lower price at end of job. Didn’t like doing it...it’s not how I roll. I just felt either the estimator did a terrible job or they I was misled. Two hours including one hour of travel time... I thought two hours without travel time was ok and it wasn’t clear to me I was paying for travel time (and it wasn’t clearly laid out in my estimate.). You should train the estimators better and/or check your estimation software, and also add a very clear stipulation in estimates that I am paying for travel time.

When moving boxes are everywhere and guessing how many movers will be needed is very tricky. My move would have not taken as long if I had known I would require more than 2. Movers contacted office but weren’t able to get assistance. Little perks mean more.

Derek G. and R. Turner were the two gentleman that helped me move. They were friendly, on time, worked efficiently, helpful, knowledgeable and I felt our belongings were in good hands. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone. Really made it easy for my family and I during a stressful move. Great job!
