My whole experience was great! Jodi in the office was understanding and helpful. The men that did the moving were great! Respectful of me and my furniture. I can’t recommend them enough.

The moving team were all polite, friendly, professional, even in sub-zero temperatures. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The movers i had were Tyler and Stephen. As soon as Tyler walked in it was nothing but negativity. Stephen on the other hand was very polite. All i had to have moved was a few pieces of furniture and misc. things like boxes, etc. During the move i had to endure complaining from Tyler as if i were a burden as oppose to being a paying customer to have my things moved. At one point i had to point out that i would pay the extra hours and to please just have move over with. My move did not consist of a full house moving so i don’t understand what the whole complaining was about with tyler. It just seemed like they moved very slow; taking one or two things at a time to prolong move and have me pay extra hours. with just a few pieces of furniture to move, it shouldn’t have taken 5 hours.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. I had a contentious situation at the residence from which I was moving. Everyone at the company was very understanding and respectful of that and my privacy. Christian, Kyle, Brandon and Howard were my heroes that day. Matt did a great job in the office figuring my estimate. The only issue was when I called in, whomever answered the phone thought Matt was in the office when in fact he was not. Mistakes can happen.

Given the extreme icy and cold weather conditions at the time of the move, the two movers were beyond wonderful. They took care to add additional salt to the walkways so as not to slip and fall. They were able to get everything in and transported and installed without incident. I am most grateful given the fragility of one of the pieces. Thank you!

Chris Brian & Nick did an amazing job on a day that was miserable--0 degrees, wind & ice. I believe it was Chris who fell on the ice & I hope he is ok. They calculated the items to be moved & storage space accurately-it was tight They were courteous, thoughtful & kind & very efficient I highly recommend them thank you

This was my first time ever using a moving company. I am so happy that i did. I have been seeing your trucks for years. The two gentleman that came to my home were excellent. They were very professional, helpful, and they answered all of my questions. They took great care and caution with all of my personal belongings.
