This is our second time using the company. This time guys took many talking breaks during the moving time. They tried to get appliances out where they scratched the door at new home and they also damaged our refrigerator and did not tell us. We found out after they left

The two gentlemen that came from Two Men and a Truck were very professional and got everything on as well as off the truck quickly and safely. Everything was put where I wanted it when we arrived at the new place.

Kudos to my move team (Dean, Damarius and Charles). These guys did an outstanding job. My move consisted of a pick up from a 4 bedroom house and drop off to two different locations (studio apartment and storage facility). Upon their arrival, I explained that I had a flight to catch and that time was of the essence. I pointed out what was going to each drop off location and they took it from there. Before the move, I had been sleep deprived for three days and was not operating at 100% and made a drastic error on the tip amount. I accidentally short changed them and didn't discover the mistake until 2 days later. The very next day, I called the company so as to inquire as to how I could add an additional $50 for each of them. The payroll clerk was very helpful and assured me that the tip adjustment would be added to their next paycheck. Keep up the great work!
P.S.: I made my flight with time to spare and all furniture and boxes were delivered to the correct locations.

Moving team was great! Very courteous and efficient. Walked me carefully through the process; took the building and weather in stride. No mishaps with contents.
Office staff was helpful and responsive. I did leave specific instructions on access to the building with the reminder call that did not get transmitted to the move team, so they went to the wrong entrance. Quick fix with a phone call.

The crew that did the move were great! They were very nice to my mother and did a lot to put her mind at easy. Thank you for a great job!

The office personnel are exceptional. The salesperson and estimator was honest and very responsive. The team who moved us were professional, helpful, friendly and worthy of a tip. We loved our experience with the entire company.

Kevin & team we’re terrific. They were careful packing up everything. Furniture was padded and wrapped with tape. We had 6 glass shelves, a mirrored cabinet, 4 glass table covers and an antique mirrored dresser. Every piece arrived intact! Highly recommend the team.
