The team had trouble getting up my driveway -- though someone had come out ahead of time to check it out -- I think they brought a longer truck than recommended, but it worked out ok. They were a very good team to have move us -- very flexible, worked hard and fast, and enjoyable to be with. The only recommendation would be -- if you tell folks they can leave clothes in dresser drawers and papers in file cabinets, but then tip the furniture upside down in moving it, the contents do get mixed up. Not a big thing, but the only problem I can think of.

Everyone was very nice and I could tell that them doing their job properly was just as important to them as it was to me.

The movers were punctual, polite and efficient. This also applies to the office staff. I was satisfied with the price as well.

The men were cheerful, hard working, and showed concern not only with my possessions, but also in keeping me from stressing out.

every thing was great minus Kathy's attitude about the litter box, I 'though' was upside down. she said no one will come out and fix the issue. until she referred me to the manager of the company he was here within 10 minutes to assist. I felt Kathy was rude when I called today, 10/24/17. until she called the manager, he was great. I've also used your company in 2003, excellent service. pricy but excellent. I would refer you to anyone, minus her.

The movers were courteous, friendly, prompt and careful. They wrapped all the furniture and put a blanket on the doorway. I would use them again.
