Everything went really well. I rated appearance as good just because I know when everything is rated the same ( in this case excellent) the evaluator tends to question reliability.

Chad was an expert with getting the truck in and out of a very narrow, winding driveway.

I was happy that they called ahead to inform me they were on their way. Came on time. They made sure the communication with what I wanted done at both addresses. They were professional and courteous. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was on moving my dresser, the one guy didn’t ask the partner to help him turn a corner, he had to let it go, so the corner hit a wall and put a hole in the wall about the size of a half dollar. I didn’t report it, because I thought I’d try and fix it. Other than that it went pretty well.

We had a rough run of it but Dustin and Antonio were great guys and made me feel confident my stuff was in good hands. An elevator broke with my stuff inside it, truck got lost, the truck got robbed, and it took an extra two hours but at the end of the day I was not nearly as stressed as I should have been and it’s cause your movers were professional and friendly.

Wow. What a great team you have in Cincinnati. I thought the highlight of my experience would be working with Greg. He made things so easy for us and seemed to really care about us. And then came the Movers. Michael, Dimetrius and Robert were fantastic loading up and Michael and Dimetrius did amazing unloading. What a great experience. Thank you 2M&T

As we are upacking we are finding lots of damage. One of the movers was on his phone with is "baby" the entire time and was not paying attention and banging into everything. The other 2 were excellent and upset with the other guys performance. We have gouges in our newly painted walls, broken glass, broken hinges and lots of chips and scratches on our furniture. Things going in our basement we were told would not fit we ended up moving ourselves and they fit fine. I am very disappointed in the one guy as I am sure he caused most of the damage. I doubt I will use you for any future moves.

The men were courteous and worked in a timely manner. They took care of the furniture.

The entire process was very smooth. From scheduling to payment. The two men who moved my son did an excellent job and were courteous, timely, and kind.

I had 4 men moving my furniture because I had a hot tub to move. They did a great job. My driveway is steep down hill and their truck could not back down because it was rubbing on the road as it was backing up. The men had to run all of my furniture up the hill into the truck. Great job!
