The office staff were amazing. That part was very easy. They sent one large truck and 3 men. Overall, we weren’t happy with the moving portion. The “lead” for our move was surely not a lead at all. They were all very nice, but 2 of the 3 are in the wrong profession. We felt like we made things as easy as possible for them. Yet it still took them 6 hours. The job was quoted for 5.5, but we moved a lot of stuff before they arrived. Even the lead said he doesn’t think it will take 5.5 hrs at the beginning of the move. Their communication wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money spent I don’t feel like we should have had to jump in. But if we would not have it would have been 10 hrs. Also, they took a break which was fine, but still charged us for that time. Overall, I was disappointed.

I called in and told how excellent they did and I was extremely pleased. They were very respectful, careful, thorough and were very knowledgeable with your procedures of wrapping and moving. Great team!!!

The guys were quick and courteous and took pride in what they do. Never heard one bit of complaining even though we had some really heavy things and some tight windows for objects to fit through. They did accidentally damage one of our items and it was politely handled and repaired on their dime. For anyone wanting a moving company I do recommend Joe,Sam, and Brad.

Sean and Marty from Two Men and a Truck were very fast, efficient and careful with our belongings. They were personable and helpful when we had questions. We appreciated that they put down tarps to keep from dragging mud into the house. We were very pleased with the service and have told and will continue to tell others how pleased we were with this company. We will definitely use them in the future.

They did very well, although a few nics and scratches. I was hoping the time would be a little less. I wanted to keep it at the lower end of the estimate that was given and it turned out to be at the high end. But overall, I was satisfied.

The men were completely professional, curteous, and polite. They also had good interaction together as a team. They we respectful and very hard workers. They were diligent and efficient. I would recommend to friends and I would of course use their services again.
