Not knowing what to expect when i called the office and was connected with Jesse. He was absolutely wonderful! Very caring and personable looking for ways to help and not just cold questions. Thank you Jesse for helping make a very difficult situation of moving my dad into an assisted living facility much easier.

I have used 2 men and a truck before so I knew we were in good hands.....however this move had many layers to it .....throw in a pandemic.....many schedule changes...and everyday chaos....two men and a truck just made everything better- thank you and keep up the good work. And yes of course I ALWAYS recommend two men and a truck.

I am very happy with my experience using Two Men and a Truck for my recent move. The movers were very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. The office contact I talked to a couple times, Jesse, was also super helpful and friendly. The move went smoothly. They made lifting and moving all our heavy furniture up and down stairs look too easy, though I’m sure it wasn’t! I recommend them!

I’m sorry I don’t remember their names now but they were very professional. The guys came on time and assessed the work to be done then got right to work doing the job. They even asked me if there was anything else I would like moved while they were there.

The only criticism I have is that I made the appointment for 9:00am. When I received the confirmation email, it did say that they could arrive as early as 8:30am which they did. I would have preferred the appointment time of 9:00am. That being said, the movers were very professional and did an excellent job. I would use Two Men and a Truck in the future and will highly recommend them.

I was quoted 3 movers and 2 showed up. The first two were moving at a good pace and about 40 minutes later there was a 3rd mover (Tim). Once he arrived the moved slowed down. He would stop and take breaks, we even saw him chatting with the other residents of the building in the hallway. My partner was so frustrated she set up our TV. He stopped to watch it. In the end we were charged an extra hour

Hi Sandra, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the late arrival of your third crew member for your move. Tim was one of our extra workers out of our east side office that day so it took a little extra time for him to get to your location since the west side crew was short handed due to a call off. This is no excuse for the move to slow down once he arrived. We'd be happy to discuss the extra hour charge if you'd like to call our claims manager at your convenience. His name is Tyson Bell and you can reach him at 440-943-3900 x1004. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM and Saturdays 8 AM-12 PM.
