Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. This company does excellent work. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They started work immediately. They cared more about my stuff than I did! They had to move my piano and took great care in doing so. Everything was done with the utmost care and professionalism. The men were courteous, nice and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. I will use them again. They are worth EVERY PENNY. It was so nice not to have to move myself!! All I had to do was stand and watch. Sheer joy. If you need to move, hire them!

Men were slow, took too many breaks. Were not dresses neatly, and I feel that they moved too slow. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for them to refill all the moving blankets as they went as it added time to my bill.

I lived in Streetsboro and called the Streetsboro store . It took them 45 min to arrive. When I asked why they said all trucks were used in Streetsboro so they came from Akron . I did call them back and got a 30 min refund. That should have never happened. Besides that the move went well.

The move from Portage Lakes to Tower 80 in Highland Square in Akron had elements of difficulty on both ends. Stairs inside and outdoors at the lake plus the Rules and the maze at Tower 80 contributed. We booked two teams and two trucks. They guys did a masterful job. We did our best to prepack and Tag boxes, 120-130. It was a one-truck move and it was all over in 5 hours of work. We tipped $10/hour per man on the team. They worked like pro's. We will recommend them to anyone.
