I called you not knowing where you were located (which turned out to be around the corner more or less) and because I had used your company's service when I moved my mother from her large house to a condo in Strongsville so I already know you were good and you were willing to move the two items (one within the house) for the job you just did. Past experience with a lot of different contractors seems to always come with a high minimum cost yours was terrific thank you

The entire experience was ultra professional - from start to finish. The office staff explained the particulars in detail and with much clarity. The movers arrived on time. I commented on the professionalism of their dress. They went about their business with fluidness and efficiency. Although prices are not cheap, I was thoroughly pleased with the move overall.

Tried to explain BEFORE moving furniture that there would be a back entrance for Some items and a front entrance for some items.....
He insisted that the truck was big enough to just put all the items on the truck and they would sort them out upon arrival......unfortunately they eventually started taking off items for the front while we were still doing items in the back entrance. I could NOTG be at both places to direct were they were to go....

Very good all around. I called several times with questions. Every time, someone answered the phone promptly and answered my questions politely and thorougly. Paperwork made sense. Promises were kept. Everything was as promised. Moving crew was really great: friendly, efficient, pleasant, helpful and careful. Impressive.
