I had a lot of furniture that had to be moved, some antiques, into a smaller apartment. They made sure everything was covered and spent a great deal of time fitting things into the new apartment. The two men they sent to do the move were truly exceptional.

Did not move all items we wanted and a lot of small damage to house and items.

Arrived when promised. Moved refrigerator - no damage or problems. Cost within estimate.

Excellent crew and quickly done. No down time, everything kept moving. Crew was friendly and attentive to everything, including being up front on minor dings that were inconsequential, but none the less appreciated pointing out ways to deal with any situation. They did a good job anticipating the unspoken need.

I was initially very pleased with my initial consultation and the moving estimate. I specifically asked how long it would take for furniture to arrive at my destination as it was a cross country move and started my lease based on the estimated delivery date provided by their employee. My movers arrived on time and were incredibly nice and helpful as well. They had a great attitude and were happy to assist with all of my requests, especially ensuring all my furniture was adequately protected. Then I got a phone call from one of the managers stating that the movers had to unload the truck one day prior to what the arrival date I was told was by their employee. I had no where to unload the furniture as my lease did not start for another. The office manager was very rude and uncooperative!
