Moving crew worked very efficiently and very fast, especially considering there were about 4 flights of stairs at the new house. They got everything loaded and unloaded about 2 hours sooner than expected. They were friendly and professional. They were respectful of my time and worked hard to provide an appreciated service.

We had a great experience on the first day of our 3 day move. Our movers were really great! They handled our things with care and checked to make sure that everything was placed in the correct room! They were friendly and polite. We liked them so much that we requested the whole team to help us with day 3 also. Best moving experience ever!

The moving team complained aloud that they should have had an appliance cart or truck to get the refrigerator upstairs. The refrigerator got dented, the box is racked so the doors don't close properly, and the water line was sheared off during the move. They put dents and permanent marks in the brand-new hardwood floors. I have called multiple times but have not gotten a return call.
