James and his partner were great! They arrived on time and moved very heavy furniture upstairs for me. They were also very polite and reassuring!

I didn’t get the feeling my movers knew what they were doing and I wasn’t put at ease during my move. I wish they were a bit more professional and had more sense of urgency.

The two gentlemen that helped me move on Monday, October 3 were WONDERFUL!!! Very polite, organized, strong and no-nonsense (got right to the job and stayed focused the entire time!)! Jeff, the one who I scheduled with, was also wonderful. My entire experience from beginning to end was an A+++!

Our moving team was respectful and hardworking, but there were a few hiccups. They did not bring tools to disassemble.reassemble furniture. Also, they left dings in our walls while moving furniture into our home. I was contacted the day after our move by the office team and was told I would receive a text message to which I could reply with photos of the damage but I never received that text.

Everything went well. Said they would be there between 9-10. Showed up at 10:05 which was no big deal.
Boxes are pretty much designed to stack on top of each other. Many times boxes were stacked on its side in order to get more on the hand truck. This cause boxes to get crashed even boxes labeled ‘glass’. Luckily we only found one broken cup so far. Still unpacking.

Our experience was great! Our movers moved extremely heavy antique furniture both up and down stairs which was not an easy task and they handled it without complaint. We truly appreciate the care they took to move our furniture along with the care for our home (not hitting walls, railings, etc.) I am very appreciative of our movers. I highly recommend!!
