They called 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled appointment & arrived on time, very punctual — was very happy about this. They were professional, extremely helpful & completed within the time frame I wanted them to. Definitely would call & recommend them to family & Friends.

Arrival was 2 and a half hours late for circumstances beyond control of the moving team, however, I received no notification from dispatch which was disappointing. Other than that, they did a good job.

A couple of days after move I spoke with Nick in QC and told him about my disappointment with two person team and not one of them having a physical driver’s license. Further I questioned length of time it took for delivery. Pickup was completed on a Tuesday at about 1 pm and delivery wasn’t until Friday at 1 pm. Not sure why an 18 hour, mostly highway drive, took an extra day.

I was very pleased with the timeliness of the moving service. I moved from Chicago to NYC and my belongings arrived at my new home as scheduled. Especially impressed that nothing was broken!

The whole team was amazing from start to finish. From setting up the move, to getting paperwork completed and the move itself, I could not ask for a more professional team. Dilbert and Jose called me when they were on their way and came on time. They worked so hard to make sure my move was efficient and all my belongings were safe. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone!
