I can't even begin to tell you how professional and so nice these two men were...RONDELL and JAYLEN, thank you so much for making this move so pleasant, I know it was not easy between the weather and the parking situation on the block. We hope to never move again, but if so we will definitely be requesting these two men and a truck.

Booking was good, but on the day of the move the crew was 1 hour late and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone.
The crew was good especially the older gentlemen.
A standing lamp was broke. and I was told that someone from the office would reach to file a broken item claim and they never did. Unfortunately the lamp needs to trashed as it cannot be repaired.

A fabulous experience from start to finish! Office was highly responsive and knowledgeable, provided a quote over the phone and stuck to it. Easy to schedule a date and drivers were excellent communicators regarding timing. Cedriss and Wilber were stars! When giant couch didn't fit in elevator, they dealt with 5 flights of stairs effortlessly. Thank you for making a small move easy! FIVE STARS!

The two gentlemen who came were very nice, and easy to deal with. They took great care to protect/respect my items. This was a small move and it was pretty quick and painless.

Jessica, in the office, was excellent & thorough. She always got back to me and answered all my questions. I felt reassured that all the details were covered for the day of the actual move -that's a big relief.
Cedrick & Issac were professional in handling both the junk and the move. Impressive the way Cedric handled that truck and the traveling at such a young age. Both, lovely guys.

Rondell and Zack did a great job.
They arrived on time, carefully packed my moms items and delivered the pieces to my moms new apt. They were very professional and efficient.
Kaylee was also a pleasure to work with.
