Long Island Community Involvement

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Campaigns

Movers for Moms®

We know that for our business to be successful, we have to gain the support of the community, and the best way for that to happen is by us giving back! We do this through a variety of programs like our Movers for Moms® campaign, where we partner with local women’s and family shelters to deliver essential care items to moms on Mother’s Day. We also live each day by following one of our favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK company core values, THE GRANDMA RULE®, which means we treat each customer the way we would want our own grandmothers to be treated.

Movers For Moms Kick Off Dinner!

Movers For Moms® Kick Off Dinner!

To kick off our 2021 Movers For Moms® charity campaign, we decided to cook dinner for the Bethany House of Long Island, located in Baldwin, NY! The Bethany House is a home for women and their children. Marketing Coordinator, Kayla and Mover, Mike R. dropped off a huge tray of chicken cutlets, a tray of baked ziti, salad, and homemade desserts. The women of the Bethany House were extremely grateful for the donated meal, and are extremely excited to be a part of our Movers For Moms® campaign! Coming up, we are hosting a Stuff-A-Truck event at Gala Foods in Freeport, NY in hopes to stuff an entire truck full of items for the Bethany House! We are so excited!

We are so excited about this amazing turnout and we would like to thank Principal, Jamie Mack, and Social Worker Daniella Murphy for helping us organize this charity campaign!
