Everyone who helped coordinate our move was so friendly and helpful, from the office staff to the movers themselves. The movers were really fast and gentle with all our belongings, nothing was damaged during transit. The guys who moved me were very nice, but I am extremely concerned that my furniture and possessions have been damaged due to improper padding. Everything has been put in storage without any protection or padding. I think there was some sort of miscommunication as I had specified that I wanted everything well protected.

I needed a very quick, unexpected move, with no time to plan. Joe, Alonzo and Isaiah showed up exactly on time, worked very fast and hard and packed my quite disorganized items. I underestimated how much stuff I had, but they were not phased in the least. All the extra items were
