Thank you for taking the time to squeeze us in at the last minute. My mom recently moved to an Assisted Living facility and she decided she wanted her couch. Your office staff is amazing, especially Valerie (?) in the Rochester office. Your moving team did an outstanding job and I plan on using your moving services again!

The office staff in Buffalo was amazing.
The moving team ran into some trouble by getting the truck stuck in our yard. I dont remember their names but the guy in the passenger seat was great, kept his cool during a tough job, and encouraged his co-worker to get the job done.
The 3rd left early and the item required 3/4 people. Truthfully, it should have been shelved until they had enough staff.

Nate, Kam, George and PJ were the dream team. Personable, kind and courteous of our furniture. It was a very positive experience amidst a very chaotic move for us.
