The movers were excellent, thank you. I’ve used your service before and am again satisfied. I do not agree with your start charges based on the from departure from previous customer on route to the next (me). Your office gave the driver the wrong address making their arrival 45 minutes past the time of their “on the way” call. I should not have been penalized with extra time charges.

Communication was lacking and I had a damaged item that required follow up on behalf of management. Unfortunately, no one contacted me. I was the one who had to initiate phone calls.

Moving team was very professional, asked questions when needed, and did a beautiful job with wrapping and safely moving everything. They are a respectful team and kept things positive. That helps so much to make moving less stressful!
