In a nutshell; I had property lost or stolen. I had furniture completely destroyed and damaged. I had my property (boxes and luggage’s opened). I was lied too about about providing help assembling my beds and kitchen table. They refused to help assemble 2 pieces of furniture. The would not give me an inventory list of all my moved property. And they refuse to respond to my email and voicemails.

Heather in the office was very courteous and helpful scheduling service. (Furniture moved/swapped for 2 rooms + a heavy kiln. I can’t say enough good things about Hunter and Noah who were the 2 men assigned to the job. They were running a little late but called ahead to notify us and called again once on their way. Very polite hard workers. Not a scratch on furniture or walls/floors ..great job !!

Being we have health issues the two men did not put on gloves and only one worker wore a mask. The one worker who brought the furniture into the new apartment and the same one who took it out of the old apartment did not wear rubber gloves or a mask. This is during Covid and and the many conditions previously told to Nathan at the scheduling desk on Clayton Street in North Las Vegas, NV.

Our team is able to wear masks during the beginning and ending processes when interacting with the customer. However, for the health of our movers, they may opt to move belongings without a mask, as it is physically demanding work, especially in the heat of summer. The sales representative who worked with you is no longer part of our staff. We will ensure that the rest of our team is aware of what we can promise our customers in regards to COVID precautions. The moving team was AWESOME! On time!, with a BIG truck! with smiles on their faces. Got right to work in this brutal hot weather and did not stop until all my furniture was in my home safe and sound not a scratch on or broken thing! The moving team worked excellent together and had smiles on their faces the whole time!
A special thanks to the TWO men and a truck who moved us! EXCELLENT MOVE

I’ve used Two Men and a Truck 4 times.
They are excellent!
The only problem I had was they left stains in the carpet which I was charged for.
I suggest that they use covers on their shoes or some sort of covering on carpets to prevent this problem. It could of been from the wheels of the box carrier.
Otherwise this company is great!

The only gripe I had was that I was told on the phone that they would arrive at 3pm? They showed up at 12:30pm. I wasn't quite ready. Had to rush myself.

I'm waiting for someone to call or email me about the damages caused to my house during delivery. My tile floor was damaged. No one has reached out to me to explain how this will be resolved.

I will forever be grateful for y'all being able to move me after the move in date changed 4 times at my apartment complex. And then to have the finally move in be split in two during a high heat advisory period just really added to the stress!! I can never say thank y'all enough but a very heartfelt THANK Y'ALL for helping me out!!! Stay safe out there!
