It felt like the crew was in a big hurry to get done early. They must be paid by the job and the less hours they work the better? The first day I was coerced into tipping. The second day I think the lead knew I was irritated about wall damage on the stairwell and items they would not take like an outdoor heater not attached to propane. If it didn't stack on the dolly it seemed to be conveniently left in the room and I had to request the item be loaded multiple times. It has been 8 yrs since I have last moved and I forgot how rushed and chaotic it is, it added to my stress level. I should have received a damage report for the wall chunks that were caused by the rushing and carelessness and I didn't realize until after they left and I read my copy of the paperwork. The price was reasonable

The movers were nice, but one guy moved very slowly. He had to be given direction by the other guy, at one point I hade to tell him what was next to move and he almost dropped my dresser so I had to step in and help them. But it still got damaged on the back side. They didn’t unwrap any of the furniture, I had to do it and they left my bed unassembled. So I have been sleep on the couch for that last week. I have made the office aware and had not received a call back for two days so I called and spoke with the general manager. I still haven’t had my bed put together yet and have not hear anything about the dress yet. I’m very disappointed with this location. I have used them a couple times before and they gave great customer service. I don’t know what’s going on but this time was horrible.

The guys were above and beyond amazing in every way!!!

I have used this company on two prior occasions and have been satisfied with their performances. This third and most recent time was by far my best experience to date with any moving company. Chaun, Jon and Alex were amazing!!! They were prompt, well-mannered, respectful of property and pets, efficient and took direction well. Chaun especially had the best manners and attitude of any employee let alone one lifting heavy boxes in hundred degree weather. Next time I move, I will be requesting these guys specifically by name.

Everything was great except that there were items that didn't get packed and put on the truck. However, they returned and remedied it.

I am very happy with my recent experience with Two Men and a Truck Moving company. The movers were polite, courteous, and did an excellent job in moving my furniture and boxes. They packed, moved, and delivered my items with care. I was referred to this company by a friend and I am impressed with the services I received. I will definitely use the company again if we move and also refer to my friends and colleagues if they need a moving company.

The 3 movers were awesome!!! they were very kind and worked very hard. There was a small dent in refrigerator and I have not herd from anyone about this concern. I was upsold on the insurance to cover damage.

Jay, Dennis, Stefan, were exceptional! They were fast, organized, and very professional. I would definitely recommend them and Two Men and a Truck again. They never once complained about moving me at the hottest part of the day here in Vegas. It was 100+ degrees! They even got my complete move done in 2.5 hours instead of the 5 quoted saving me time and money! I did have everything packed and ready to go for them to speed the process along. Plus, I found out during the move that they are the movers of choice with my employer. Thank you for all your help Jay, Dennis, and Stefan! Use Two Men and a Truck! You won't regret it!

They shrunk wrapped all items but did not cut shrink and place items..

The movers broke my desk (dropped it, broken in several places). They documented it on the paperwork. The move was Wednesday June 6. Today is Saturday June 9 and i still have not been contacted by any body regarding this. I understanding accidents happen but your company should be on top of it
