Brandon was very polite & friendly, Marquis was not. My move consisted of very little furniture, mostly boxes. It took 3 hours to load the truck. Boxes were being hand carried 2 at a time when the hand trucks they brought should have been utilized. By far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I plan to leave reviews on several forums so others don't get ripped off like I did.

I spoke with a project manager to voice my concerns and discussed how unsatisfied i was with the service and was told a company manager would reach out to me and never did. I called to find out how to report damages as there was a few and left a voicemail that was never answered. At this point and time I'm extremely frustrated and feel like you guys took my money and ran. I won't recommend you.
